FlexiFee is a new EdTech with a special focus on the education sector to streamline routine payments by bringing it to the parents’/payees’ fingertips through a state-of-the-art mobile app and at the same providing credit facility to the parent having trouble with payment deadlines. The App will expand the over the period to address other school pain point including but not limited to communication set up, online classes etc..

There are businesses that are providing payment processing solutions like Onelink. However, there are no solutions to support parents’ short term financial issues. FlexiFee is determined to help parents avoiding horrendous late fee charges from the school for not being able to pay in time.

What We Offer

The main purpose of FlexiFee is to help those parents that find payment deadlines not in line with their income timelines. Usually, the school fees are payable well before the salaries pay date. The small to medium size entrepreneurs also find sometimes the strict fee payment deadlines difficult due to the volatility of their collections. This becomes more complicated for college/university students as most of the universities collect fee for the entire term in advance.

We are bringing solution to those parents by providing shot term credit facility i.e., pay in time to schools/colleges/universities and collect from parents when they collect their cash. This facility will be given without any interest to make it Sharia Compliant. Our fee will be a fixed admin charge that varies based on the various options

What We Offer

HOW IT WORKS

This app will collect fee on behalf of the businesses and provide credit facility as an additional service to the payees. The process is simple. The business – say School, will upload a list on our web portal of the students to collect Fee. The App will send reminders to the parents and the parents will pay using our Mobile App. The App will also give the parents an option to avail a short-term credit facility.

If they opt for credit, then we will pay the Fee to the school on their behalf after the parent confirms a direct debit to collect the Fee from their bank account at the end of the month. Usually, the Fee due date is well before the Salary date and therefore, this facility provides 2-3 weeks credit support to the parents who can pay only when they receive their salaries. The direct debit will be set for the date when they receive the salaries.

In additional to this, we also provide credit facility for larger payments and collection in instalment for an extended period say one year. For example, the parents of college/university students have to pay the fee for the entire year in advance. We can pay on their behalf and then collect the fee on a monthly basis.
